The operator and the facilitator.
Monica Duperon Rodriguez is a senior security professional, author, and certified advanced facilitator whose work sits at an unusual intersection. For twenty-five years she has led in environments where clarity was not optional, from narcotics and hostage negotiation to executive protection across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, to include global corporate risk leadership for companies in Silicon Valley and Beyond.
With hat same precision now anchors her work with women offering personal retreat, retreats for women, and spiritual healing retreats. She uses PSYCH-K® and Positive Psychology to shift the subconscious patterns that quiet women's voices, paired with the structural credibility of a career spent making decisions under pressure. The result is a retreat experience that holds both warmth and rigor without diluting either.

For destination retreats, the fee includes transportation to and from airport, lodging is included unless otherwise specified specific per retreat. Meals prepared by a private locale chef. Makeover and photo session, facilitation, workbook materials, daily rituals and meditation. Travel to the destination is the participant's responsibility.
A $500 deposit secures your place. The balance is due by the deadline listed for each retreat i.e. February 1, 2027 for Mérida.

- More than 60 days before the retreat: 70% refund (less the non-refundable deposit)
- 30 to 60 days before: 40% refund (less the non-refundable deposit)
- Less than 30 days: no refund
- Installment payments are applied toward eligible refunds
- You may transfer your place to another woman who completes registration by the deadline
NOTE: Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. In the event of organizer cancellation, all participants receive a full refund or may transfer to the next retreat.
Group rates are listed in the section above and are set per engagement type. Travel expenses are additional. After your inquiry, you will receive a custom proposal with content options, scheduling, and a final quote within five business days.
The work is rooted in spiritual reflection without being denominational. Monica's faith informs her facilitation, and women of all spiritual traditions, or none, are welcome. For church and ministry bookings, content can be tailored to align with the scriptural framework of the host community.
Yes. The retreats welcome women from 18 to 70. Earlier-career women often find the cross-generational sisterhood circles to be one of the most valuable parts of the experience.
