The Glow Within Women’s Retreat grows from the heart of The Glow Within: Embracing Your True Power, carrying its spirit into an immersive, soul-steadying experience. This retreat centers on the idea that every woman carries a quiet, luminous strength, a glow that can guide her when life feels heavy or uncertain.
Throughout the retreat, you’re invited to reconnect with that inner radiance, shed the stories that dim your light, and rise into the confident, grounded woman you’re becoming. The practices, reflections, and rituals woven throughout the experience create space for clarity, courage, and renewal, so your glow isn’t just rediscovered, but strengthened.
Guided by Monica Duperon Rodriguez, author, speaker, career coach, and certified PSYCH-K® facilitator, the retreat blends inner work with intentional transformation. Monica’s background in strategic risk and security gives her a rare perspective: she understands both inner strength and real-world resilience. She uses PSYCH-K® to help women shift the subconscious patterns that limit them and step into aligned, empowered possibility.

This retreat is a homecoming. Through rituals, sisterhood circles, journaling, and guided reflection, you reconnect with your purpose, your body, and the inner light that’s always been yours.

Investment, Payment Options
Investment: and Inclusions:
$3500 pp, register with a $500 deposit and full payment by February 1st, 2026.
- Payment Options available, up to three installments.
- Bring a friend and you get $500 Off.
- Register with full payment before December 31st and get 15% off the regular price.
- Discounts cannot be combined
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations so everything remains fair and clear:
- If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date: you are eligible for a refund of 70% of the total investment (less the non-refundable deposit).
- If you cancel between 30 – 60 days before the retreat start date: you are eligible for a refund of 40% of the total investment (less the non-refundable deposit).
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat start date: no refund will be provided.
- If you have used an installment plan, any payments already made will be applied toward the refund amount if eligible.
- You may transfer your place to another person if they complete the registration paperwork and payment by the relevant deadline.
Organizer Cancellation
- If The Glow Within Summer Retreat is cancelled by the organizers (for any reason, including low enrollment or force majeure), all participants will receive a full refund of any payments made, or may choose to transfer to the next offered retreat date.
- The organizers are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel, lodging, meals outside the retreat, etc.).
Additional Terms
- The deposit is non‐refundable because it secures your spot and covers upfront costs.
- We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel/cancellation insurance to protect non-refundable travel or lodging expenses.
- Any refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation of cancellation/refund eligibility.
- In the event of a government travel advisory, public health emergency, or other substantial disruption, the organizers reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, location or format; participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to transfer to a new date or receive a partial/full refund as determined case-by-case.
