Monica is a security leader with over 30 years of experience in corporate security, protective services, private investigations, and law enforcement. She is an expert in the development and execution of security plans and operations designed to minimize exposure to liability; while protecting valuable human capital, equipment, resources, and facilities in both civil and government agencies; National and International Forums. She is fully bilingual, English, and Spanish, and intermediate in Italian and French.
She is a seasoned security professional with a diverse background in having worked on the Human Trafficking Task Force, Gang Task Force, Undercover Narcotics Detective, DEA Task Force, Field Training Officer, and SWAT Hostage Negotiator. In addition to the specialties listed above Monica was a defensive tactics and driving instructor. Monica has provided executive protection to multiple UHNW families in the US, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia. She has performed protective services in throughout the US, Mexico, South America, Europe, and 25 African Countries.
Monica regularly mentors both new and seasoned professionals. She further extends her voice and influence through published works in The Circuit Magazine (The magazine of the North American and British Bodyguard Association) and currently serves on the ASIS International Executive Protection Community Council Leadership and as the Chair of the Publications Sub-Committee. In 2021 to 2023 Monica served on the OSAC Women in Security Benchmarking Committee. Monica is often quoted and written for industry specific published books specific to executive protection, women in executive protection and the phycology in dealing with others while working in executive protection. She is a person of impeccable character, high moral fiber and an asset to the security industry who actively leads by example. Most recently Monica was featured in the New York Times and the Daily Mail News.

Global Initiatives: Monica has worked on initiatives such as self-defense and protection education for girls and women globally, saving the Elephants and Rhinos (Anti-poaching Ivory) to Anti-Human Trafficking efforts.
